Utah Spring Runoff: Solutions?
Posted by dee on Thursday, April 10 @ 13:51:50 PDT
We've had quite a winter here in Utah as well as most of the West. With the snowpack being much deeper than the last few years we're in for quite an intense spring runoff. Although it will be greatly rejuvinate the fish and river bottoms, rivers will be basically unfishable for an extended period. My question is what will you fish for during that time? Head to the salt? Exotic locales? Lakes and reservoirs?

Utahs runnoff comes at different times in different places. Go low pre runoff. Then go high during runoff. Fish the lakes inbetween. If all else fails-head to Mexico! |
